Office Manager

ARRIELLO is looking for an experienced OFFICE MANAGER to join the team in Prague.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage 3rd party vendors responsible for logistics, office supplies, general office maintenance and equipment
  • Communicate with IT external providers
  • Prepare work stations and all IT related services for new hires
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ad-hoc support to the management
  • Organize and file documents according to company´s document management system
  • Actively improve office environment
  • Cooperate with finance manager in various finance-related matters
  • Travel management
  • Provide support to visitors

You should be:

  • Able to work cross-culturally with external partners
  • Able to manage wide range of tasks and prioritize
  • Active and positive person who wants to progress the department forward
  • Committed to action, react promptly and do not postpone issues
  • Fluent English as most of the communication is within an international environment
  • Previous experience in similar position which is essential for the role
  • Experience with managing various suppliers and third parties
  • Knowledge of Czech legislation in the context of office management
