We have a dedicated Vendor Management Department that is responsible as the first line in finding, assessing and auditing our increasingly complex vendor network, including the Local QPPV / Local Contact Persons.

The process of identifying potential vendors through to eventually approving is a process that requires openness, honesty and a detailed examination to ensure that the vendor has the resource, capability and systems to ensure that they can support us, and ultimately you.

We have a balanced scorecard to assess our vendors and we conduct regular audits, both on and off-site, to ensure continued compliance.  We are open to share our processes and system with you by face to face or web meeting.
