Financial Analyst
The Finance Analyst is to be an important part of the Finance Department and acts as a business partner to other functions and stakeholders of the business. As part of this role you will help define, create and implement reports, perform regular and ad-hoc analysis and support the role to ensure that finance adds value to the company, supporting growth and performance.
As an international business you should be adept to working independently, be technically strong and hold a sound understanding of accounting & finance.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Working Capital: Identify trends, issues, prepare KPI reporting
- Financial Performance: Perform analysis on Projects, Invoicing quality/timing, Perform audit approach as required with certain projects
- Sales analysis (Pipeline, booked orders)
- Create new reporting and templates as needed
- Budgeting support (Template preparation, initial reviews of budgets received, loading of budgets to ERP)
- Act as a controller in other areas (e.g. PO Quality, Master data, Sales order completeness, Time reporting of billing teams, etc.)
- As needed, carry out Review/Analysis on adherence to policies or procedures
- Support the transition to new ERP, with analysis or to-be-processes, with main focus on reporting set-up and system readiness
- Support the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Support other departments and management with ad-hoc analysis or reports

What experience should you have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong written and spoken English (no Czech skills required)
- Able to manage duties with minimum supervision
- Attention to detail, analytically minded and technical competence
- Have experience with a robust accounting platform (Oracle, SAGE, SAP, FinanceForce, or other is beneficial)
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI/Tableu skills would be advantageous
